Ordering is a simple, two-step process.  1. Enter your order on this page.  2. Enter your billing and shipping information on the next page (the billing page is secure to protect your credit card information).  3. You receive an email verification within one hour.  Note that you can supply a separate shipping address with this form but your billing address and security code must match your credit card.

This Order Form will process Visa, Mastercard, and American Express only.  If you prefer to use Paypal, simply use the "add to cart" buttons on the product pages and follow the instructions there.  Our Paypal address is jollyannsellers@yahoo.com.   You may send payment directly via Paypal if you wish.  To order by mail, please use our mail order form.

Instructions

Please enter the quantity, product description, and the price of that item in the spaces below.  Do not use a dollar sign ($) in the price column.  Select your shipping preference, and note if you are an Iowa resident for sales tax (on the bottom of this page).  After completing the order form, please click on "continue" at the bottom of the form.  Note: Do not enter a dollar sign ($) in the price column.  Example: Correct = 25.05    Not correct = $25.05

After you click "continue" you will be taken to our Secure Credit Card Transaction Processing Page to enter your billing/shipping information.  Please be sure to enter all information in the billing form, including your phone, email, and the correct credit card information.  All of your information is kept confidential and none of your information will be used for anything other than processing this order.  If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, please email us at jollyann@cableone.net and we will assist you.  Thank you!
